Paneer Kali Mirch
A creamy North Indian curry where soft paneer cubes meet the earthy aroma of Highland Spices Black Pepper.
Ingredients:

200g paneer (cubed)

1 onion (finely chopped)

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
-
1 tsp Highland Spices Black Pepper powder
-
½ tsp cumin seeds
-
½ cup fresh cream or milk
-
2 tbsp ghee or oil
-
Salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Preparation:

Heat ghee in a pan; add cumin seeds and onions, sauté till translucent.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook briefly.

Stir in black pepper and salt.

Pour in cream or milk; mix well and simmer gently.

Add paneer cubes; cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

Garnish with coriander and a sprinkle of Highland Spices Black Pepper.
Serving Tip: Pair with naan or jeera rice — the peppery cream base gives this dish a royal touch.
